Here we have two views of Conrail Lincoln Yard taken 6/29/83 before it was reduced to just a couple of tracks. The field in the forground implies that the yard was much bigger in its heyday. I-75 sits atop the spot that once held the PRR Roundhouse just north of Cicotte Street. There was also a scale track with a scale house to weigh cars located right at Outer Drive which was abandoned in the 1960s'. Remember, this once was the mighty Pennsylvania Railroad's entry into the Detroit area.
Not Conway, no. But not puny, either.
