Here we see the same location at CP-LASALLE from the perspective of track #1 and a much nicer day. Once again our empty coal train from Monroe has run wrong-main on track #2 from CP-DUNBAR to CP-LASALLE and is crossing over to track #1 here at LaSalle, thus beginning this trainset's long journey back to the Powder River Basin in Montana.
Train 681 usually has BNSF power, which is a colorful and welcome change from the black sea of NS widecab Dash 9s. The date is April 30, 2000.
